"Worth traveling to Nicaragua just to visit this amazing Eco lodge. Such a fantastic vista , a very special place to unwind and relax. The hosts are very friendly and are great cooks so the food is very very good. They can recommend many local attractions, but also alow you to relax and enjoy the beautiful lodge."

"They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience "

"This was the most incredible place I’ve ever been! Everything was absolutely perfect! I even popped my tire and they took it to town and fixed it. They gave us rides when it was raining. The set up th most amazing tours! The rooms. The views. Everything perfect! "

"This time of my stay the food at the lunch buffet was better than usually. Only downside of my stay was that at the late hours it is hard to get waiters attention at the pool area. They are disappeared or busy with other errands. But overall the staff is as helpful and courteous as usual. Only the taxi drivers provided by hotel are good for nothing. They are useless sharks. Much better taxi options in the front of neighboring Casino."
