"Near theodore roosevelt national park so location was the reason for staying. Had problems with room #331: shower would not work and required 2 or 3 visits from Hotel staff to get shower to slightly work or to shut off. Hotel refused changing rooms or allowing us to shower in another room. Sink was slow and needs cleaning. Entry / hallway sink electrical plug has something broken off in plug, making it unuseful. King bed was painfuly beyond its useful life and sagging. Refrigerator cabinet was...

"When we arrived they had already given our room to someone else, so we had to wait around while they gave us a room even though we already paid. Then, the door wouldn’t open and we had to go back down. The kitchen in the suite had no utensils, dishes, or cooking materials. The floor had crumbs all over it and was clearly not well cleaned.
