"Property was very good. Staff friendly and room excellent. However the hotel is isolated, and the area around it run down. €25 each way in a taxi to the centre of Marsala. Only a supermarket across the road , and no food available other than breakfast."

"Location is great. Property and room are clean and well maintained. This property is way overpriced for what it offers. Adults and kids (everyone) has to wear swim caps to use pool…… Check in is at 5pm. Check out at 10am????? Check out guy was incredibly rude. There are better options if plan ahead."

"We stayed 2 nights in Trapani and loved the location of this property. The room was very spacious and the property was in the old town area close to everything we wanted to see. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful in getting us oriented and had great recommendations for local restaurants. We’d stay here again!"

"We practically had the whole area by ourselves as we were there during off peak season. It was clean and very nice for my family of 6. The hotel was extremely accommodating and helpful! We would stay there again! "

"This was a great central location, nice apartment. The host was very good and answered all of our questions quickly. The only small issue we had, was on day of checkout, the cleaner was trying to enter our apartment 3 hours before we were due to checkout, and then asked for cash for cleaning. When we called our host to ask about it, she quickly said it’s ok. So just be cautious, you do not have to pay the cleaner directly."
