"Our stay at Cypress Lodge could not have been any better. The rooms were absolutely awesome and created such a great ambience with its cabin in the woods decor! We loved the screened in porch overlooking bass pro shops! Having free transportation to everything in a 3 mile radius was extra special! Loved the views from the Lookout at the top of the pyramid! We were so sad to leave but know we will come back in the future! "

"Outstanding hotel in every way except not being fully made aware of the service charge being added to my bill until after it had gone through on my card. Bit disappointed as this was not made absolutely clear at time of check in. Can not fault anything else."

"Always love staying here. Staff is awesome and friendly. Beds are really comfortable. Shower/bath could use a tub upgrade , and pipes creak at night. But pluses far outweigh the minuses. Secure night time parking and security presence. This is one less choice we have to make traveling to Memphis and look forward to out next stay."
