We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

Staff is rude and make judgmental comments ( why are you drinking coffee before workout? Coffee makes you dehydrated. You are clearly not a real sport man!- actual comment made by the staff). Also this place is in the middle of nowhere and they charge for parking. Also drinks are not included in the dinner...
