"This was our first time staying here, and we would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. Check-in wasn’t too bad of a wait, and we appreciated having a non-smoking room. Our floor didn’t smell like smoke, which was nice and gave us a break from all the smoke. The room was clean, air-conditioned, close to everything. we really enjoyed the 21-and-over pool area. The only minor issue was with housekeeping. At check-in, I requested housekeeping, but we didn’t receive daily service. On the first day, there was barely any body wash left, and we eventually ran out. I asked a housekeeping staff member in the hallway to refill it, and they did so. On the third day, I had to request that the room be cleaned. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back and recommend this place."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful! My room wasn’t ready until after 6:00 pm. The pool area was great, but surprisingly, the hours for summertime were limited to 9:00 am-6:00 pm. It would have been much easier to enjoy the pools and hot tubs if the hours were extended later into the evening."
