"Eine kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung die gut für 2 Gäste geeignet ist. Gut ausgestattet und sehr günstig zum Einkaufen gelegen.Der Bus hält fast direkt vor der Haustür. Zu Fuß ist es ein wenig weit zum Südstrand und in die Stadt. Allerdings fährt regelmäßig der Bus und ist am Bismarckplatz und am NordseeCenter sehr gut mit den anderen Linien verknüpft.Kommunikation mit den Vermietern via WhatsApp und persönlich sehr unkompliziert. "Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet und hell und freundlich gestaltet. Sie entspricht im großen und ganzen dem Inserat. Einzig das Smart TV ist keins, ist ein ganz normaler Fernseher, zumindest in der uns vermieteten Wohnung 1. Ansonsten ist alles da, was wir so brauchen. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein großes Doppelbett und im Wohnzimmer lässt sich die Couch auch zum Doppelbett umbauen. Die ist auch sehr bequem, finde ich.Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. "Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.Für einen kurzen Trip zum Weserstrand ist die Umgebung toll ,für weitere Aktivitäten muss man fahren. Ist aber ok. Es gibt genug zu erleben in Bremen ,Bremerhafen, Budjardingen oder auch Dangast. Langeweile kommt nicht auf.Diese Wohnung würde ich jederzeit wieder mieten."

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Fewo. Sie war sehr sauber, in anderen Wohnungen muss man erst mal Geschirr spülen etc.Es hat an nichts gefehlt ( ausser vlt. ein paar Eierbecher), ich hätte welche gekauft, leider keine bekommen, die zu dem schönen Geschirr gepasst hätten.....konnten uns aber mit Schnapsgläschen helfen.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !Liebe GrüßeR. "Sehr angenehm waren: Geräumigkeit, das viele Grün drumherum , die grossen lichfreundlichen Fenster in 2 Ausrichtungen, excellente Sauberkeit, vielfältiges Angebot bei Lektüre (Altersklasse, Themenschwerpunkte), Holz & Modernität im Einklang. Die diskrete und zuvorkommende Aufmerksamkeit der Vermieter war sehr willkommen. Die Lage ruhig, im komfortablen Philosophenviertel gelegen (das den 2 WK relativ unbeschadet überstanden hatte) ... mit den einfachen und kurzen Wegen für den Alltagseinkauf...
