"We had a very good time. The house is absolutely beautiful and a wonderful neighborhood.We only had one little hiccup. We never located the remote control for the basement. This did alter our plans little as the grandkids were going to be down there for their entertainment. But we made the best of it. There is a TV in the garage and they sat in the garage and watched their programming. I was very grateful for that TV and that remote. It's those little things when you're on a family vacation."

"You can tell this is an older property, but you can also tell they are in the process of improving it. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. "

It was within 15-20 mins of anything we wanted to do. The house was very welcoming and home feeling. I would highly recommend staying at this location. "

"We were in Council Bluffs for a Pathway baseball tournament. We were within 5-15 minutes of every field at which we played. That was awesome! The air conditioning worked well and that was imperative given the heat and humidity!Would recommend more pillows, more supplies (paper towels and toilet paper), and a binder with all the information so we don’t have to bother the owner. Excellent communication and response time to questions."
