Great location right off the exit. Front Desk was very polite and helpful. Not impressed with the bed. You would think with all the inexpensive mattresses available I should not have felt like I was trying to sleep on springs. The tub had hair on the edge yuck

Really easy to find, right off the highway. All staff were very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was impressive for the amount we paid for the room. It was an assortment of muffins/ bagels/toast and your typical continental breakfast stuff with additional microwave-heated eggs/ sausage and a self serve Belgian waffle maker. Breakfast area was clean and well looked after. As far as the room, it was fine. Beds were comfortable, shower hot, good pressure. 👎The light over the fridge was burnt out, visible crud built up under shower faucet and shampoo dispenser, hair dryer had someone's makeup stuck to it, ironing board was broken and stained. All in all, pretty good for $160/ night.

When I arrived checking in was easy no issues there. The room itself was alright, the WiFi didn’t really work that well so I could only watch live tv and there were not many options. The pillowcases were filthy and they put me in a room where the tub doesn’t drain. I took a shower and the next morning the same water was still in the tub. Housekeeping never cleaned my room and I stayed for two nights. I asked for fresh sheets two different times on two different days and was told there weren’t any available. When I spoke with the manager he was very rude, and didn’t really care about what I had told him.

Reasonably priced, convenient location, comfortable bed. Although the rooms were a bit dated, we had an enjoyable stay. Breakfast selections were great.

Upon getting our key and looking at our room, I saw food left in the fridge and something spilled in it also. I also noticed it was not vacuumed. it was enough to complain about, but when I spoke to the manager about it, he asked what was wrong with the room. I told him and he. threw up his arms and said "well then, go to another place!" Since I booked with Expedia for the week, my total bill was already charged. I asked him if he had another room which I did take. I have stayed at Quality Inn before and it was much better than this one. Linens were clean but overall, the rest needed better cleanliness and definitely updating. Other staff members were polite. I will never stay there again tho.
