"First the positives, it was clean and it had everything needed for us. It was just two of us, I think any more than 2 two and it would be small. We were in town for the holiday and did not spend a lot of time in the rental. It was well equipped and safe. As others have said, I didn't realize it was a basement apartment until we arrived and I looked closely at the listing. I tried to enter using the front door and the tenant upstairs was kind enough to redirect me. Because it is a basement...

"Great location. Pristine beach with hardly anyone else on the beach (mid May). No shampoo or conditioner in bathrooms as reported. The house needs a bit of TLC. Could be a bit cleaner. There was sand on the floor in the master bedroom upon our arrival. It seemed like there was white dog hair on the bedspread. I dont have a dog. The dishwasher seemed like it was working but was not getting the dishes clean. I think it is time for a new dishwasher."
