"This property has an awesome location and a very nice floor plan. Walking distance to town and about 1.5 miles to the public beach. It also has a nice outdoor space including a fire pit on a sizable lot. We had a perfect stay (less the rain) and would definitely rent again!"

"The pool, hot tub and tennis court were wonderful and we really used them. The owner of the home was very responsive both before and during our stay, and we appreciated this. There were lots of bedrooms and a good kitchen, so it could accommodate an extended family with babies. The only concern is that the house needs work (e.g. none of the blinds worked) and is quite cluttered. We could deal with this, but it is not for everyone. The owner should put some effort into fixing it up for tenants."
