"This was a wonderful place to stay if you are going to an event nearby. Lots of busses and monorail close by. Wonderful park and touristy things to do nearby. Very kid friendly. A bit loud due to traffic and bars close by. The building is older but taken care of. I had an issue with my emails and the host was very communicative and understanding. If you drive to this location you should consider getting space in the garage in the building because the rates change everywhere pending on the events...

"Nice small bedroom but not very much space. This rooms will be for like 1-2 days max for a couple . If going by your self good place for 1 person. Also being on top floor it was hard to get the room cold. They had a small fan but didn’t do much. Opening window will help a little depending on the wind direction. Also tub was very slippery when showering not really safe for anyone, I almost Fell Twice! I do recommend pack light for anyone staying here. Carrying luggage up the stairs not fun. Bed...

"Our stay at this homely abode was great it was secure , comfortable, clean and had all our basic needs even a fan to help circulate the air. It was a perfect place to take a load off and lay our head while traveling and seeing the city. We had great communication as well. Thank you for our lovely stay"

"This is a lovely property for anyone who wants to stay close to the pier and walk/train/water taxi during their visit. Our family loved the loft, and especially the vintage record player and classic albums that is onsite. I encourage anyone visiting the property to stop by The Pastry Project which is only a few blocks away. "

"Less than 10 minutes to Downtown Seattle. The apartment was a better option than dealing with hotel employees and hotel guests. Parking is on the street only which was the only downside of this booking. Host was great and responded in a timely manner!"
