"Noisy from traffic, thin walls, banging rattlely doors and poorly sealed a/c unit. I asked to change room for the 2 remaining nights of my stay in the morning between checkouts and checkins and was told NO because they were going to fully booked that evening?"

"The staff was excellent. Parking great. Only complaint have not received an invoice from stay and we booked an extra night supposedly at the best price but pretty pricey"

"We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed"

"Close to the airport with shuttle service. If you drive there and need to park and fly, deal directly with the hotel. Third party bookings don't allow for Park and Fly. Lesson learned. The hotel is located very close to the airport but we were not bothered by the flyovers. The Front desk people were super nice and knowledgable. They helped with printing a boarding pass too. The room was well equipped but dated. The carpeting needs a good cleaning. The Breakfast bar was handy early...

"My family and I experienced a sleepless night during our stay Saturday July 11, 2026, as a result of the lack of adequate bed space. Although we needed 1 Room for 5 Guests, ages 8 and up, the Marriott Select a Room screen offers a room with bedspace only 4 guests. I reserved the room believing that a rollaway bed would be provided along with 2 queen beds. This proved not true. I asked the Asst manager for another room or for a rollaway bed and she insisted there was nothing she could do to...

"Everything at this hotel was filthy and run down. We didn't even stay. Left within 30 minutes after driving 11 hours here and arriving at midnight. Planned on staying here for 3 nights but we had to find somewhere else to go. Not only did they have the wrong room booked for us, paid for the room showing a jetted tub in every picture and they gave us the kitchenette room that if I would have booked was $40 less than what we paid per night. There were dead bugs in the room in various places, thick...
