"It was a very beautiful and comfortable hotel. We got upgraded for no additional charge. They provided a shuttle to and from Disneyland all day for only $6 per person. Definitely will be goin back"

I know we are all Paying coolers to stay at the hotel but it’s not fair to rent a room and they have like 8 adults in 1 ro throwing w party, cuz they were super loud, drinking and smoking. Your staff should take care of situation like this.
