"There were no check in instructions provided prior to arrival. This caused a delay in entry into the property. Upon checking out, the host requested an additional pet fee, even though I had marked a pet during booking. There were no issues with the property however the lack of check in details and additional pet fee is very frustrating. I am unsure if these issues are on the VRBO side or host side. "

"Room and location were both great. The morning of our departure we went down for breakfast at six and there was no coffee. I asked the front desk because there was another gentleman and I waiting if we could get a cup of coffee, he told me I could walk to the local Starbucks, which I thought was very rude for being a casino hotel you would think they’d have coffee 24 hours other than the staff the place was in a good location and very clean. Check in staff was great."
