She didn’t let us know how to check in, we had to wait outside her house for 30 minutes, after driving for more than 7 hours and end up calling expedia customer care to get in contact with her as she didn't left any instructions nor she responded to my messages. "The unit is up a spiral staircase (not mentioned and no elevator). The smell when you enter the condo is very strong. The washer used only very hot water, and no laundry soap provided. The wash rags were hanging over a rack (we hope they were clean) had four extremely small and old stained towels. Refrigerator, stove, utensils and window seals were dirty.
