"perfectly clean, quiet, great location "

"Since it was first time with VRBO, I was a little nervous about the whole process going into it. Rob was great to answer questions and deal with both myself and my granddaughter.It was an ideal location for visiting the Hudson River Valley and along the coast to Newport. We flew into White Plains and it is just a 20 minute ride away. The apartment was clean and convenient. We only ate 3 meals in 5 days away from there. This was absolutely perfect and the location was great since we could walk to the venue as well as a great restaurant we found nearby. There was plenty of room and it was very comfortable. "We came up from Manhattan on the train to visit my son who lives in downtown. The apartment met all our needs and the managers were very responsive. There is not much in the immediate vicinity in terms of shops/coffee but we walked to downtown in 25 minutes. One of the beds was much less comfortable than the other. Overall, great and quiet for the price point"

"Everything was clean and the furniture was comfortable. (That's not always a given!) It's so close to the beach and parking wasn't an issue, though it was off-season. The only thing I would advise is that even though it may technically sleep, that's counting 2 people (kids) in each of the twin beds. We had an extra adult and 2 teens, so the oldest stayed on the couch. But overall we REALLY enjoyed our stay! I would recommend to anyone. I'd love to come back in the summer. It's a prime location."

"The location of Ms. Jay's place is unbeatable! My group and I were in town for an event in the Total Mortgage Arena. The drive was 5 minutes max! Ms. Jay is great with communication. She was always available for any questions. The apartment is very homey, cozy and comfortable. Very nicely decorated and it has everything you might need. (We would just recommend some mirrors in the bedrooms). The place is next to a very busy street which there is always a lot of noise, especially at night. One...

"great apartment, bedroom is NOT separated from living room lounge area. Parking is not easy peasy but there are spots within a block or 2 no worries. Noise from people staying in unit above this one can a bit jarring, especially if you are on different schedules, we worked it out no problem. Decent pizza and latin food just around the corner."
