"Giant lobby gives a nice impression, large complex of rooms with several ways to gain entry. Most of these needed repair from prior vandalism but the room itself was nice and secure. Breakfast was ok. Overall a little above average."

"I was absolutely amazed with the quality displayed at this hotel. First was the easy check in, even though it was late at night. Friendly and quick service. My daughter and I decided to visit the pool and hot tub (open 24 hours with towels available at the front desk). We had a lot of fun. Only issue was the overwhelming chlorine smell. Beds and pillows were comfortable, shower water was hot, plenty of room, and there was even a mini fridge. Breakfast was efficiently served by walking up to the counter, asking for what you wanted and getting your hot breakfast handed back to you in seconds. Friendly person working there as well. Many choices for breakfast (cold and hot), I was pleasantly surprised. I received a text to check out and provide my estimated time of check out. This is very efficient for the housekeeping schedule. I could tell that this hotel was properly managed from start to finish. The price was unbeatable and I will continue to book this hotel for any future trips to Trinidad."

"It was a weekend we will always remember!! The cabin and neighbors and doggos were all fabulous and friendly. I got engaged at Bishop castle so we may be returning for the honeymoon perfect trip!!! "

"We were greeted by very friendly staff & got checked in quickly. They gave us recommendation on where to go to eat since hotel’s restaurant was closed for private party. We ended up staying in room and having meal delivered from outside establishment. Room was spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. Lighting was great. Awesome bathroom!! Amenities top notch! Added bonus was steaming services available. The only “con” I would remark on was the bathroom floor was sticky and had visible spots of something spilled. I would definitely recommend to others and would definitely stay there again if we come that way again. "
