The only inconvenient was the remodeling noise I will go again to the Cleveland Clinic for surgery, and sadly I read that the remodeling will take until October. Because it was and excellent choice

Choose another hotel until renovations done

Had to explain 3 times the need for a room Close to elevator for spouse medical condition! Undergoing renovation. No lights by couch. Smelly heat. Unsafe bathroom lacking grab bars, very low toilet. Poor lightning and no fan.

Loved the lady at the front desk. She was super nice and helpful . We came way too early but she helped us figure out what to do. Let us store our luggage and she was able to get the room ready when we came back from an excursion
