"Fabulous room nice and clean tidy, beautiful bathroom and the bed was so comfy it felt like sleeping on clouds! Towels provided are nice and large and enough provided. The staff are so friendly and welcoming always had a smile on their face, always said hello. Check-in was so easy and checkout also. "This hotel is perfect for a visit to Cardiff. It’s very central and next to the train and bus stations. Check in very easy and the staff were welcoming. Room is adequate for a city break..has everything you need. The rooms were quiet which meant a lovely nights sleep. Would recommend this hotel."

"We stopped over for one night with our two kids and our dog. The staff could not have been more friendly, and they were very helpful in giving us advice about places and events to check out in Bristol. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were glad we had booked one of the rooms with air conditioning as it was a warm night: we had cool air in the bedroom, and thanks to underfloor heating our feet were still nice and warm on the tile floor in the bathroom. We were impressed with how dog friendly the hotel was, with water bowl by the front door and treats on the reception desk. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable time and great value for money. We will be staying again!"
