"The room and lobby were fine. When checking out I let the desk clerk know I had slipped and fallen in the tub that morning. She said she would make note that my room (#328) get adhesive strips. I let her know there were two small strips (1/2” thick, running from front to back) already. I guess that was the next I could expect. "

"The host was extremely polite and accommodating. Monica was great at communicating and very pleasent to talk with. Hot tub was a little dirty. Needed a little cleaning and some chemicals. But overall the stay was great. "
