Westport Spa Motel

"Great motel, convenient location, parking is free, very clean, and very nice staff. The only reason why we gave it a four and not a five star review was the bathroom that had a shower for disabled people which is certainly a nice thing to have if there is a disabled customer. Just, the shower curtains are really high and when taking a shower, the water spreads all over the bathroom which is not very convenient for use afterwards. Also, the sink was a bit small. But everything else was really great. Even a small private patio outside to relax. Altogether, a nice motel to stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at this excellent location and the unit was well equipped. As advertised, however, the stairs are steep indeed, and the ceiling was rather low, inevitably hit it at some point. Lovely wee garden. I’d be happy to stay again."

"Enjoyed our stay at Carter's Beach and would return in the future. Was unable to park outside our unit on returning for a day trip as someone else has parked there - their unit was around the corner where there was no parking for them. We found this a bit annoying."

Affordable Modern Accommodation in the Heart of Westport

"Location within short walk of the town's main street. If you belong to a club, then Club Buller is 1 minute walk away, will accept you in and has nice food and bar at great prices.Unit was lovely and clean inside and quite cosy. It took hardly any time to heat up and we were there on a very cold day. Plenty of parking and easy access.The neighbouring outlook is pretty average though but that is easily excluded when you pull the curtains across.The downside is if it's windy and or raining. The unit is from polypanel construction with a sloped flat roof. Wind becomes quite noisiy and any even a few drops of rain on the roof is quite noticiable, becoming almost impossibe to hear conversation when heavy. Not that we bothered with the TV, but trying to hear the TV when it is raining would be a bit of a mission."
