"This property is recently updated and beautiful. The fireplaces in each room are really cool and modern. No real fire, but different color options and heat settings. The views are exceptional. We prefer the marina view because you can see the main drag and do some people watching. The bed was so comfortable and the dog friendly aspect was really great. There is an amazing lobby that has coffee, snacks, and beer on tap. You can grab a bevi and sit on the adirondack chairs in the private outdoor patio area while watching the cormorants, sea lions, loons, seagulls and many fishing boats returning from their charter voyages. The general manager, Don, is a treasure that we never expected. He is a hard working man. The house keeping staff is so accommodating and friendly and they took really good care of us. It is reasonably priced and we look forward to the new restaurant that will hopefully be opening by this summer. It's pretty sexy. We will always return to The Sand Dune Inn with much anticipation of a wonderful and relaxing experience. Thank you so much. It was a memorable 41st anniversary. Rangie Was Here!"

"We had a great stay in the cabin. The hot water was a little scarce, but it was ok. The mattresses on the bunk beds could be thicker. Fine for kids. Adults not so much. Moved to the futon and it was fine. Bathroom lighting could be better. All in all, we enjoyed it and had a great time! The cabin was clean and the yard outside also. Well equipped kitchen. We'll be back!"

"Kitchen is fully equipped. Room clean snd spacious. Limited storage drawers (none is bedroom) minimalistic. "

"Large open floor plan, great views and quite area. Kitchen was well stocked, good layout with very large island. Lighting in main house was very lacking, differently needs improved. Dishwasher had a black slime or mold in it, we wouldn't use it. Hot water had a horrible smell at first, we ran it for some time and was able to get the smell to go away. There was a hamper full of dirty sheets and towels when we arrived. We needed to chanthe sheets and comforter in the main bedroom due to dog hair and overall dirt. "

"Very clean and updated room. Only thing to note is that there were pots but no stove. Kinda confusing but not an issue. "

"House was clean, communication was good, check in was easy, and directions for heaters, keys, etc, were posted and easy to understand. Not a luxury environment, but fun and comfortable. Everything worked, and there were plenty of cleaning supplies, towels, etc. The gameroom in the garage was fun too. "

"My family went to celebrate my Moms birthday. We had 11 people and 2 dogs. Everyone had a great time. Was great for kids and adults. Also was great to have everything for our dogs already there. "
