"Hotel looks nothing like the photos online. We had 4 people and they only gave us 1 bath towel and said they did not have anymore. We had to keep checking for them and ny husband was lucky enough to sneak one off the house keeping cart. Or restroom was not cleaned properly there was hair on the tub from the previous guest that stayed there. "

"The AC unit did not work, and ai froze all night. I literally had to sleep in two jackets, and the refrigerator did not work! So my food spoiled as well."

"The room was in poor condition. There was writing on the walls, toothpicks stuck into them, and visible holes in the bedding. The toilet was leaking from the top, and the paint throughout the room was chipped and unclean, giving the space an overall unsanitary feel. I also had concerns about whether the linens had been properly cleaned. At check-in, I was informed that no non-smoking rooms were available and was told I could leave if that didn’t work for me, which left me with no choice but to accept a smoking room. Overall, this was an uncomfortable experience, and I will not be returning."
