"The indoor pool was not enjoyable at all. It was too cold. My daughter and her boyfriend stayed in it for about an hour but ended up getting out and getting sick due to it being so cold. The hot tub didn’t even work. The rooms we had were great and so clean so that was a big plus. The front office staff were very amazing and so friendly especially Tiki. "

"Staff lied to me no room available e xcept.smoking. waited almost 2 hours for a room.to be available . Did not happen, I asked for a refund. Was told refund would be processed. Received an email yesterday stating refund Denied . So I am paying for room that was not available. "

"Unsure why a hotel would have a Roku setup on a TV with no working wifi. My room was clean, no complaints there but it does look run down on the outside. The staff was friendly, and my stay wasnt bad, just could’ve been better"

"Following my reservation I received an email that breakfast and pool were not available. Before would have been helpful. Television remote was hidden behind the dresser. My bed sheet had a cigarette burn. Staff seemed to care little for customer service. Kind of a dump. "

"I don't have pet so I don't know. The hotel is intended for Poker Players, it is near asian concentrations, you can find good asian food restaurants, markets, and all others activity here along Bellaire Blvd., and nearby"

"The room was in poor condition. There was writing on the walls, toothpicks stuck into them, and visible holes in the bedding. The toilet was leaking from the top, and the paint throughout the room was chipped and unclean, giving the space an overall unsanitary feel. I also had concerns about whether the linens had been properly cleaned. At check-in, I was informed that no non-smoking rooms were available and was told I could leave if that didn’t work for me, which left me with no choice but to accept a smoking room. Overall, this was an uncomfortable experience, and I will not be returning."
