"Had to wait to check in since mt room was not ready. Booked a king bed & they tried to give me 2 twins. No facial tissues, cups or coffee in the rooms. The curtains were so old that when I tried to vlose them the ripped. The carpet was filthy. Walked around the room in my white socks & they were black when I took them off. "

"Traveling with my daughter & grandson. The Staff (Cristian) was very accommodating! We arrived earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in early with no problems at all. Room was nice and bed were comfy. A few little things could be improved like the drawers kept opening on their own and the privacy window for the work desk shaked and was noisy every time you walked by it. But we were sooo exhausted & jetlagged it didn't really matter to mention & try to get a different room. The pool was nice and clean with towels provided as well. Breakfast was good. Dining area was clean & spacious. It was nice they had a bar/lounge area but we didn't take advantage due to time only staying for one night. Very pleased with our stay and would stay here again. "

"I had two scorpions in my room and i killed them. The matress had a dent in the middle of it. The cleaning staff was soaking in a loud voice to the point I could hear her from two rooms down the hall. "

"Breakfast menu was same all the time, while supply is always short. House keeping is available only on request and only on alternate days. Parking was sufficient but always dirty and surrounded with suspicious people. Most of the staff are good except few that are rude to dictate rules such as breakfast closes sharp 9am and lobby is out of bound after 10pm. "

"Staff lied to me no room available e xcept.smoking. waited almost 2 hours for a room.to be available . Did not happen, I asked for a refund. Was told refund would be processed. Received an email yesterday stating refund Denied . So I am paying for room that was not available. "

"Unsure why a hotel would have a Roku setup on a TV with no working wifi. My room was clean, no complaints there but it does look run down on the outside. The staff was friendly, and my stay wasnt bad, just could’ve been better"
