"The issue with staying at this hotel is they don't specify parking for hotel guests so when the casino is busy or there is a show.... good luck in parking in the underground garage that leads ro the hotel elevators. Instead you get to park in another garage that makes you walk forever with all of your stuff. My other issue was the lack of staff empathy and lack of service. When we checked in I asked about a different entrance (to avoid the quarter mile walk) and she seemed to assume I knew where the other one was. Our suite has motion sensor lights (as I'm sure all rooms do) but there had to be an issue with the settings or wiring in our room because the living room light would suddenly come on with a loud click! and this happened all night long. Nothing we did would stop the light from coming on. The maintenance and front desk crew tried to help but just kept insisting it was because of someone moving in the bed. Well what the heck then? Fix the sensitivity! By the second night I had to go down to the desk at two a m and asked for the maintenance man to come look at it with me so I could prove to him what it was doing. He could not figure out what the problem was So we basically had to flip off the breaker so that I could get some sleep. In the end I was very frustrated to have to pay full price for a room that did not fully function cottectly and to be told it was because of my "preference" with the lights? As if sleeping in the dark is a preference? "

"I have never stayed at a hotel that the beds sunk in or if you slept on one side the mattresses raised... i switched to two other rooms and same thing... i never leave comments... but this was so disappointing... i noticed in both washrooms the showers were filthy the counter and shelfs had stains ...the rugs were not vacuumed...yet i dont understand the high ratings!!"

"Motel posing as a hotel. Cheap bedding and linen. Cheap noise insulation (you hear everything in the hallway and outside the hotel). Cheap breakfast offerings. Desk staff unhelpful as soon as you have a problem to solve. Short stay, budget a major concern, no vacancy in hotels nearby? Then maybe consider. Otherwise, pass."
