"The first desk receptionist very helpful in verifying Expedia last min reservation in system and quite helpful and pleasant on later arrival. TV remote not working too tired to go to desk as recommended on TV screen No shower curtain at all Hard to reach desk by phone But once reached or seen in person helpful, offered to replace TV remote and put in shower curtain but we were checking out. Breakfast not what it was shown. No hot tea or hot water found for my own tea bag. No real creamers."

"I know there were mixed reviews about this establishment however it was very nice. I went with my mother for the weekend. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The parking at the hotel is $15/night. The Wifi is complimentary as well as the breakfast. It is maybe a 5 minute walk to Pratt District and other areas of downtown Hartford. The room was clean and comfortable. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which was nice. For those that are light sleepers you could hear people outside your room but it did not matter to me. I would stay here again."
