Exceptional service - my husband left his watch in the safe and they called us and were able to help ship it back to us. I cannot say enough about their honesty and their wonderful service! Best place to stay when visiting Colmar!"

"Even though we had one of the nicer rooms, family room I think, we were quite disappointed. April 12, it was hot and no air conditioning, if we opened the windows onion and fried food smells. The neighborhood was loud and dense, no fun. House keeping was very noisy and the floors still felt dirty. The rooms had little sound protection. It felt like a fire trap.breakfast was barely ok, and the lady who checked us in had an attitude when I needed the safe opened. She said she’d be up in 5 minutes, I went to remind her I. 20 and she was scrolling on her phone but made sure I knew she was so busy and felt put out.. so I would not book this place again, I would not dine in the neighborhood again. Alternatives that I would consider would be the MGallery that’s in the park, not much more money."
