"I have never felt ao unwelcome upon arrival. Yes, we were early. Our train had been cancelled due to strikes in Belgium, but the desk staff seemed annoyed by our presence and dismissive of just wanting to store our luggage. The spa itself was wonderful and the services were excellent."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was excellent. Reason for not giving 5 stars was because the cave pool cost 60 euros per person per day. We planned on using it for an hour or less, so that price was too much!"

"The room was large and very clean. We had two breakfasts and two suppers at the hotel and all were great. We were very lucky to find parking right at the hotel. Great location and saw a major portion of the town on foot. We just happened to be there for the Nut Market that happens on the second Sunday in October. Looked like a lot of fun but we were leaving that day."
