"Such a helpful, friendly and conscientious receptionist(Peter) when i arrived. He also moved me from the small single room I'd booked to a larger room with a double bed and carried my bag to the lift for me. Much appreciated. Only problem was parking....had to use special car park several blocks away. Hotel owners had special parking certificates to park in limited area next to hotel, but there was very few if any spots open
