The accommodation is consistently clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it an easy choice when visiting the area. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate our late check-in at very short notice, which was greatly appreciated. Their friendly and helpful service really made a difference. The location is another big plus, it’s conveniently close to The Heads and the town centre, making it easy to explore Whakatāne and enjoy everything the area has to offer.
