"This hotel was consistently high achieving in all areas. Staff was friendly and attentive. Many breakfast options including pancakes, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, bagels, cold cereal, yogurt and selection of fruit. Breakfast staff was present in the dining area, refilling items as needed and discreetly cleaning tables after guests left. Always staff at front desk and very responsive to questions and requests. Posted "Quiet Hours" on every floor of 10pm - 6am."

"I really love this inn. It was right across the street from the college and the surrounding area had lots of shops and restaurants. I also ate at the restaurant attached to the inn and really enjoyed my meals. The room was very well appointed and the bed was very, very comfortable. I will stay here every time I visit Amherst. "
