St. Helen: the parish church of Wheathampstead Most of this church dates from the 13th and 14th century but there is evidence of a much earlier building. The whole church was restored in 1865-6.

Great hotel with comfortable clean room. Spacious and modern. Great staff. Didn't have breakfast this time though as they don't have traditional breakfast items so I went out to one of the nearby cafe's around the corner of which there are many.
