"We booked for a weekend getaway - 2 adults and 2 teenagers driving in from Toronto. The space was perfect - lots of room to spread out and the kids each got their own room, and great to have 2 bathrooms! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and kitchenware, we only used a fraction of it to make some simple meals. The view of Lake Erie was spectacular! It was a cool weekend, so we didn't spend too much time on the lower sundeck, but could see ourselves coming back and fully enjoying it in the summer! The sunroom and large windows also offered fantastic views, and it was delightful to see so many birds enjoying the feeder throughout the day! Dean was a great host - very responsive and made check in and check out easy and everything in the house was straightforward and intuitive. It was a 20min drive to Point Pelee and nice restaurants/wineries in Kingsville. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Make sure to leave time to hang out on the deck if the weather is nice!!"

"Toilet run every 15 minutes all night long. Made it difficult to sleep and probably costing hotel a lot of money. Hotel should be quaint but misses the mark with cheap toilet paper, worn carpets. "

"I stayed here for one night on a trip to Point Pelee National Park, but wish I could have stayed longer to more fully enjoy and relax in the space! It’s located very close to Hillman Marsh which made it easier to see even more birding hotspots in the area. You can tell that a of thought and care has gone into this cozy and nicely curated bunkie and the outdoor area. I was also pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed was. Communication with the host and checking was very easy. I will definitely book next time I come to Point Pelee!"

"Clean rooms. Good breakfast only thing could use more fresh cut fruit. Plenty of parking. There is even a deck area with tables and a bbq. Ill try that next time."
