I was supposed to get a handicap accessible room which that did not happen through hotels.com. The room was best to mediocre I was barefooted one morning before I shower when I got in the shower. I never seen so much black come off the bottoms of my feet. I’m not sure if they’ve been mopped ever I could not tell if the sheets were clean the pillowcases with the hardest pillowcases that I slip on I’m not sure if they were just stained or still had a dirty spot on from not being washed. I stayed there one time before and everything was OK really. Their breakfast that they have was nothing nothing put out. I don’t know what was going on there I have a picture to show the breakfast.

Ants and spiders crawling on floor and flying insects in room. Smashed several they were red. Had to use two remotes to use the TV (one to turn on/off and volume control, the other to select channels). Non-smoking room with people standing outside of room smoking!!! The wash cloths were filthy (looked like someone cleaned the floor with them). Bed was comfortable. Room appeared dated.

The staff member when I checked in was pleasant, but the staff member when I checked out was nowhere to be seen. He had just left a note on the counter saying to leave card there to checkout, but I had to give a $50 cash deposit so I wasn't doing that. After about 10 minutes of walking around the property we finally found him and had him check us out and give me back my deposit. The rooms were very dirty. Stains on the bedding and lampshades. Hair in the shower and water leaking from under the bathtub, even though we never turned it on. The tv didn't work, and when we called the front the same guy that had checked us out just said to give it a few minutes. It never ended up working. For what they are charging per night, this was absolutely terrible.

I liked that the property was well taken care of it was clean just my room had a little bit of a funky smell. I didn’t like at check out they weren’t at the front desk so i don’t know how I’m getting my deposit back when I paid half cash half card
