Walking distance to a fishing spot and the dog loved swimming in the river. Kitchen is well appointed, and the balcony is a great space for a workout, making lego or doing emails. "Beautiful, peaceful property, friendly and adorable labradoodle dogs (which are mostly kept fenced off). Plenty of birdlife, ducks in the pond and neighbouring ponds at the bottom of the valley outlook. Green rolling hills - a nice view to wake up to. Great brazier and seating around for a cosy evening fire. Good mobile coverage (under OPTUS at least) so you're not completely untethered. Quick access to Bilpin and local attractions. The aircon works but struggles to cool even this tiny home,...
