The staff was nice enough but greetings and smiles had to be sought out - they weren't offered freely. Maybe they were tired or just having a not great day, but it's always nice to be greeted with a cheery "hello, welcome to ..." and a "Good morning, how did you rest last night?" and we didn't get that until after we started the conversation. "
