The Space:
Soft morning light fills the townhouse as you gaze toward the mountains, the air crisp and scented with pine. After a day exploring Whistler’s trails or slopes, sink into the warmth of the fireplace while the quiet hum of the nearby shuttle reminds you how close the village is. Step onto the balcony to breathe in alpine air or settle into one of two inviting living spaces designed for relaxation and connection.

Living spaces
Snowbird 100 features two distinct living areas perfect for families or groups. The main level centers around a large sectional sofa, a 55" 4K Smart TV, and a Sonos Dolby soundbar. Downstairs, another living space with a 65" 4K TV and Sonos surround sound creates a second retreat for movie nights or quiet reading. The open floor plan allows conversation to flow easily from the living room to the dining area, where a table seats eight beside a breakfast bar for three.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers Caesarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and heated floors that make mornings cozy. Prepare meals with ease or step onto the balcony to grill on the BBQ and enjoy mountain views. The space is fully equipped for cooking and dining, with a dining table and everything needed for family meals or après-ski gatherings.

Sleeping arrangements
With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, the townhouse accommodates up to ten guests. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king-split bed and ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, gas fireplace, and private deck, while the third offers a queen bed and shared bathroom. On the lower level, one bedroom has a king-split bed and ensuite with a soaking tub, and another includes a king-split bed with access to a separate bathroom.

Outdoor & amenities
A mudroom provides space for boots and gear, complete with a bench and boot dryer. Guests can unwind in the shared hot tub within the complex or relax on the patio’s outdoor seating. Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Wonderful property for a group of adults

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. There is so much to love - dedicated parking right at the unit, great entry that can handle winter sports equipment and then 5 well appointed bedrooms. We are often looking for stays that can accommodate a group of adults and this property is great for this. Would highly recommend.

The unit was great. Large dining table, lots of bedrooms, extra living pace downstairs was bigger than it looked in pictures. Shuttle stops is right outside. Shuttle was handy but not super reliable. Overall a very nice condo.

Stained carpets, locked out, tiny bathrooms

I can not in good faith recommend this property, the bathrooms are so tiny, not really any primary room. Came back to find we were locked out; when calling they said they had the wrong date programmed! Whoops! Dirty carpets are So disgusting! Old bike tires leaning against the wall outside, unit is over the garage entrance, and windows at and below ground level. Will never rent from these people again. We do not trust them.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location - easy to walk to the trail and close to the bus stop too. We really loved this home as it gave everyone their own space and hope to be back in the future! The stove does seem to trip the fuse quite often but the neighbors were friendly and showed us where the circuit breaker was!

Great place to stay for skiing

Snowbird was a great place for a large group for skiing. The place was very clean and well appointed with all the amenities for a winter trip. The underground covered parking was a bonus as we didn’t have to worry about clearing snow off the car each day, with dedicated parking spots directly outside the lower level entry. The home is not directly on the slopes but the free shuttle does stop right out front and runs frequently. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Blackcomb gondola and 20 minutes to Whistler village so it’s walkable if you choose. I would highly recommend this place and would easily book again for a group of 8-10 people.
