This two-level chalet offers an inviting atmosphere for relaxed winter days, shaped by natural stone, exposed log beams, and tall windows that capture snowy mountain surroundings. The main living area centers around a wood-burning fireplace and an entertainment system, creating a comfortable place to settle in after time spent exploring Whistler. A dedicated home theatre and an upgraded media room provide additional options for cozy movie nights and quiet time indoors when the weather turns cold.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is arranged with a Wolf gas range, granite countertops, and a central island that naturally draws guests together as meals come together. A dining table for eight sits beside wide windows, offering a calm, snow-framed setting for shared dinners. While the patio includes a BBQ grill and outdoor space, winter stays are best suited to indoor meals and fireside evenings.



Sleeping arrangements

All four bedrooms are located on the upper level, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite includes a king bed, fireplace, TV, and private sundeck, along with a bathroom offering a deep soaking jacuzzi and a glass-enclosed steam shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a shower ensuite, while the third features a king bed with a bathtub and shower combination. The fourth bedroom includes two bunk beds, a TV, and a lounge area with a sofa and bean bags. A powder room on the main floor adds convenience for shared living spaces.



Outdoor living

Surrounded by evergreens and winter quiet, the private hot tub becomes a central part of the experience, offering a soothing place to unwind beneath falling snow. A patio and a grassy backyard area extend the space when weather allows, framed by serene mountain views that remain beautiful throughout the colder months.

The home includes in-unit laundry, high-speed Wifi, a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair, bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra blankets, a private entrance with smart lock self check-in, free parking garage and driveway space, and essential safety features including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a safe.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
