The Space
This two-story townhouse sits beside the 16th fairway of the Nicklaus North Golf Course, only a short 7-minute drive from Whistler Village and the mountain base. Inside, vaulted ceilings, exposed log beams, and expansive windows create a bright and inviting living space that keeps you connected to the landscape. Air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort, while hardwood floors and a gas fireplace add a touch of warmth after a day outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, private balcony overlooking Green Lake, and an ensuite with a double vanity, deep soaking tub, and glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and access to a nearby full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A third bedroom offers a king-split bed that can convert into two twins, along with its own ensuite featuring a bathtub-shower combination. On the main level, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and desk adjoins a private ensuite, while a powder room provides added convenience.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, heated slate floors, and Bosch and Sub-Zero appliances. Prepare meals with ease using the provided cooking basics, then gather around the dining table for ten or at the breakfast bar with seating for four. A dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster make every meal simple to prepare and enjoy.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.
Getting Around:
This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. The bus is on a set schedule and is CAD 2.50 per person each way. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.
