Inside, a wood-burning fireplace glows while conversations unfold beneath soaring windows and timber accents. Mornings begin with coffee at the kitchen counter as soft winter light fills the open living space, and evenings invite you to gather, play, and reconnect across three welcoming levels.



Sleeping arrangements

This stand-alone home comfortably sleeps 12 across six bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, two wardrobes, and an ensuite with a step-in shower and double vanity. A second upstairs bedroom offers two twin beds and its own ensuite with a bath/shower combo. On the main level, one bedroom includes a queen bed with an ensuite bath, while another provides a king bed and ensuite. A nearby powder room adds convenience. Downstairs, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom share a bath/shower combo, creating flexible space for families and groups.



Living spaces

The open-concept main floor is designed for gathering after a day outdoors. Couches surround the wood-burning fireplace, and expansive windows draw in natural light even on snowy days. A snug media den with a TV and games offers a quieter retreat, while the game garage - complete with ping pong, foosball, and darts - keeps everyone entertained. Heating and air conditioning ensure comfort throughout the seasons.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing group meals, with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space. A breakfast bar seats three, and the adjoining dining area seats ten, making it easy to linger over shared dinners. Whether you are cooking a hearty winter meal or warming up with coffee and tea, the space supports relaxed, unhurried time together.



Outdoor living

Even in colder months, the outdoor spaces invite you to step outside. The rear deck features a hot tub, perfect for unwinding beneath clear mountain skies. A wrap-around balcony includes a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture, while the backyard offers open space to enjoy the fresh air. Lake access via a path or dock adds another natural element to your stay.

Parking includes a free parking garage on premises plus driveway space. Self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth arrival, and luggage dropoff is available when needed. Long term stays are allowed, offering flexibility for extended visits.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nicklaus North is a prestigious neighborhood located on the southern edge of Green Lake, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
