The Space:
Sunlight filters through floor-to-ceiling windows as you take in sweeping views of Whistler Mountain, the scent of pine drifting through crisp alpine air. Days unfold between slope adventures and fireside gatherings, while evenings bring quiet moments beside the pool or beneath the stars in the hot tub. Every space invites connection, comfort, and calm, surrounded by forested serenity in Whistler’s exclusive Kadenwood neighborhood.

Sleeping arrangements
Spanning three levels, the home sleeps up to fourteen guests across seven bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite includes a fireplace, walk-through closet, and ensuite with double vanity, deep-soaker tub, and forest views. Five bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed, TV, and walk-in shower. The lower-level bunk room offers two queen-sized bunk beds, a TV, and a double vanity bathroom. A nearby powder room provides additional convenience.

A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.

Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.

Other Things to Note:
• Nearby Construction Noise Possible. A homesite near Kadenwood Winterfell is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
