The space
Spread across three levels, the home offers room for up to fourteen guests with thoughtful spaces to come together or unwind in privacy. A private elevator connects each floor, while large windows bring in the surrounding forest and mountain light throughout the day. The main living area centers around a stone fireplace and comfortable seating, creating a natural gathering place after time outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements
The home includes seven bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite features a walk-through closet, fireplace, and an ensuite with a double vanity, deep-soaker tub, and views toward the forest. Five additional bedrooms each include a queen-sized bed, TV, and ensuite with a walk-in shower. On the lower level, a spacious bunk room includes two queen-sized bunk beds, TV, game console, and a double vanity bathroom. A powder room near the media room adds additional convenience.
Kitchen & dining
The open-plan kitchen is designed for shared meals and relaxed mornings. Granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and quality appliances create a welcoming cooking space, while a separate butler kitchen offers extra prep room when preparing larger meals. Guests can gather at the six-seat breakfast bar or settle in around the dining table with seating for fourteen.

The lower level hosts a dedicated media and games room featuring a cinema surround sound system. Nearby, the adjoining billiards room and wet bar create an inviting setting for evening entertainment. Multiple TVs and wifi provide connectivity throughout the home, while the indoor fireplace offers a cozy place to unwind during winter evenings.
Outdoor living
Even in the colder months, the outdoor spaces remain inviting. A private outdoor pool - available all year and open 24 hours - sits beside a furnished patio area with fire pit and outdoor seating. The private hot tub provides a warm place to relax beneath the winter sky, surrounded by quiet forest. A BBQ grill and outdoor kitchen are also available.

Located in the Kadenwood neighborhood, the home sits a short three-minute walk from the private Kadenwood Gondola. The gondola connects you to Creekside Village, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and the Creekside Gondola for access to the slopes. Ski-in/Ski-out access allows guests to reach ski lifts without driving or paid transportation, with ski-out routes nearby and ski-in depending on snow conditions.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Note on Amenities: Please note the pool heating system is under repair during January and expected to be ready in early-mid February. The hot tub is working perfectly! Our current January pricing has been discounted to compensate for this change.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
