The Space:

After a day on the slopes or wandering snowy village paths, you can return to the crackle of the double-sided fireplace in the primary suite or unwind in the private hot tub as the cold air rises above Fitzsimmons Creek. This townhouse offers a comfortable winter retreat just a short walk from Whistler Village, giving you space to settle in and enjoy the season at your own pace.
Sleeping arrangements
Spread across three levels, the townhouse accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms. The upper-level primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a double-sided gas fireplace shared with the ensuite bathroom, where a soaking bathtub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity create a relaxing space after time outdoors. Two additional bedrooms on this level include one with a double bed and another with a king-split bed. A fourth bedroom on the lower level also offers a king-split bed and its own ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. A separate bathroom with a soaking tub and overhead rain shower is located on the upper floor for added convenience.
Outdoor living
Step onto the private balcony or patio to enjoy crisp winter air, warm up beside the outdoor gas fireplace, or take in the scenic mountain views from the private hot tub. The BBQ grill is available for year-round cooking, and the private garage and mudroom offer secure parking and ample storage for skis, snowboards, and winter gear.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.
Getting Around:

• Stairs. The home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
