Evenings settle comfortably here, whether you are soaking in the hot tub beneath the winter sky or gathering inside by the wood-burning fireplace after a day on the mountain. The quiet of the Kadenwood setting adds a sense of retreat, with ski trails and the private gondola just a short walk away.

This three-level home sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 beds. Two primary suites each feature a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite with a deep soaking tub, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower. A third bedroom offers a king-split bed with a chaise lounge and full ensuite. The fourth bedroom on the main level includes a queen bed and its own ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. A guest powder room adds convenience on the main floor, and a fifth bathroom on the lower level includes a steam room, providing a quiet space to unwind.



Outdoor living

Patios and decks offer room to pause between ski runs or enjoy the alpine setting. You can relax in the private hot tub, sit beside the outdoor fireplace, or make use of the BBQ grill. Outdoor furniture creates places to linger, and a private entrance allows for easy access throughout your stay.



Kitchen and dining

A contemporary gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a gas range, a wine fridge, and a granite breakfast bar that seats five. The dining table accommodates ten guests, providing space for shared meals. With a full kitchen and essential cooking basics available, preparing food is straightforward during your time here.

Inside, the formal living area features floor-to-ceiling windows and a wood-burning fireplace. A family room with a TV offers a comfortable spot for movie nights, while the media room includes a pool table and direct access to the hot tub. A dedicated workspace with a desk supports remote needs, and the Control 4 home automation system keeps entertainment within reach. In-unit laundry, heating, portable fans, WiFi, and a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide alarm are also provided.



Ski access and neighborhood

The home is located near ski trails and the private Kadenwood gondola. Ski out access is a short walk away on a trail suited to intermediate skiers, while beginners can take the nearby gondola for mountain access. Ski-in access is available seasonally, with a short walk from the road to the front door. Creekside Village is just a gondola ride away, offering shops, restaurants, and access to Whistler Mountain.



Parking and services

Guests have access to a double-car garage with driveway parking, a smart lock for self check-in, and luggage dropoff when needed. This pet-friendly property welcomes one dog for an additional fee. Long term stays are allowed.

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Kadenwood Construction. The homesite adjacent to Kadenwood 2972 is being cleared for construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
