The Space:

Frosted evergreens rise beyond the windows as you settle into the glow of the indoor fireplace, the warmth wrapping around you after a day in Whistler’s winter air. Crisp mountain light fills the living areas each morning, while evenings invite you to unwind in the hot tub or gather fireside as snow settles quietly outside. With ski trails and the private gondola within walking distance, you can step into the rhythm of the season from the moment you arrive.



Sleeping arrangements

Spread over three levels, this home offers space designed for comfort and privacy. Two primary suites each feature a king bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite with a deep soaking tub, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower. A third bedroom includes a king-split bed with a chaise lounge and full ensuite, while a fourth bedroom on the main level offers a queen bed and its own ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. Additional conveniences include a guest powder room and a fifth bathroom on the lower level featuring a steam room, creating a quiet retreat after time on the slopes.



Outdoor living

The patios and decks provide a peaceful place to experience the alpine setting throughout the colder season. You can relax in the private hot tub, warm up beside the outdoor fireplace, or make use of the BBQ grill. Outdoor furniture and a private entrance add ease and comfort between outings.



Kitchen & dining

A gourmet kitchen serves as a welcoming hub, complete with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, wine fridge, and a granite breakfast bar with seating for five. The dining table accommodates ten, giving you plenty of room to share meals after long days outside. A full suite of kitchen amenities supports effortless cooking throughout your stay.



Entertainment and relaxation

Inside, the home offers multiple spaces for unwinding. The formal living area features a wood-burning fireplace and expansive windows, while the family room with TV provides a cozy atmosphere for movie nights. A media room with pool table and direct access to the hot tub adds another option for gathering. The Control 4 home automation system keeps entertainment simple and accessible.



Ski access and neighborhood

Positioned near both ski trails and the private Kadenwood gondola, the property offers convenient connections to winter activities. Ski out access is a short walk away on an intermediate trail, while beginners can take a 3-minute walk to the gondola for a 4-minute ride into Creekside Village. Ski-in access is available via Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run trails, with a brief walk from the road to the front door. Ski-in ski-out access is seasonal.

The home includes a double-car garage with driveway parking, in-suite laundry, heating, portable fans, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk. Safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher are provided. Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Kadenwood Construction. The homesite adjacent to Kadenwood 2972 is being cleared for construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

Amazing Kadenwood property, delightful stay

I had stayed at this home before and loved it then… overall great property, terrific ski in/out Kadenwood location and extremely clean and well maintained home. Only opportunity I see for this high end rental is stocking a few more things in kitchen (coffee, oil and vinegar, a few seasonings

The perfect holiday home

We hosted our annual family holiday here. Having a bedroom on the main floor was good for my elderly father. The gondola to creek side is a bonus and lift passes, bike rentals and live music at Dusty’s is at the bottom along with a market to get forgotten items avoiding driving. So much room for us all to spread out. Enjoyed relaxing soak in the tub and movie nights in the media room. Kitchen was the hub and well stocked. Appreciated being able to bring the family dog.

Exceptional Stay at Whistler Platinum's Kadenwood Chalet

Our stay at Whistler Platinum's Kadenwood Chalet was absolutely fantastic! The chalet is a beautifully designed, spacious three-story retreat with stunning views that took our breath away. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered—the space was immaculate, clean, and perfectly tidy. The open layout of the chalet made it ideal for our group, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other's company. One of the highlights of our stay was the private hot tub, where my friends spent hours unwinding and soaking in the serene mountain surroundings. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, our time at the Kadenwood Chalet was wonderful. The combination of luxurious amenities, breathtaking views, and impeccable cleanliness made it an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return for another incredible stay!
