The Space

Sleeping arrangements
The upper-floor primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub, glass-enclosed shower, and heated floors. On the main floor, a secondary bedroom features a king-split bed, small balcony, and walk-in closet, with a separate bathroom nearby. A third bedroom on this level offers a twin bunk bed suited for younger guests. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms each provide a king-split bed, wardrobe, desk, and ensuite bathroom with an overhead shower.

A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.
• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
