The Space:

Snow settles quietly across the mountains as you sink into the private hot tub, steam rising against a backdrop of Whistler and Blackcomb. Evenings unfold beside the wood-burning fireplace, skis drying in the mudroom while conversation drifts through the open living space. Sleeping arrangements

Sleeps 10 - 5 bedrooms - 7 beds - 5.5 baths.

The primary bedroom on the top floor features a king bed, private fireplace, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower. A second upper-level bedroom offers two twin beds and a private ensuite with a bathtub. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and its own ensuite. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed, fireplace, and TV. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds, a loft area accessed by a ladder, and a shared Jack and Jill ensuite with the fourth bedroom. A half bath provides added convenience.



Living spaces

The main level living room centers around a wood-burning fireplace, ideal after a day on the slopes or winter trails. A formal dining area seats eight, while large windows keep the mountain views in sight. Air conditioning, central heating, and portable fans ensure comfort throughout the seasons.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for group meals, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large pantry, breakfast bar seating for two, and a dining table for shared dinners. Whether preparing a simple breakfast or a full evening meal, the layout keeps everyone connected.



Outdoor setting

The rooftop deck overlooks snow-covered peaks, offering open-air mountain views even in winter. The private backyard provides additional outdoor space, and the BBQ grill is available year-round. The private hot tub invites long soaks beneath crisp alpine air.

Washer and dryer - in unit, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace with desk and office chair make extended stays easy. The two-car garage includes storage space for sports equipment, with additional driveway parking and a spacious mudroom at the lowest-level entrance. Self check-in via smart lock allows smooth arrivals, and luggage dropoff allowed adds flexibility. Long term stays allowed.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Stairs. Please note that entry to this property is up 26 steps from the driveaway

• Air conditioning. Air conditioning is in the primary bedroom on the top floor of the chalet only

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
