"Received email with door codes BUT NO ADDRESS. Building was dilapidated..once inside the smell in the lobby was gross and the filth ..again inside the room ..musty moldy smell..bed was disheveled and the sheets appeared piled . We could not stay the 2 nights booked it was so uncomfortable. I contacted host immediately wanting a refund as we did not stay..I was told I was being hostile and no refund would be given."

"I took my two teens and their two friends on a ski trip and we had a great time staying here. It was very comfortable and spacious and I liked the light and airy decor. Also the location was convenient, we were able to drive just five min away to parking lot on the whistler creekside village as there's free underground parking all day for skiers. Would definitely stay here again. "
