"The overall atmosphere was classy and resort. There was an all day daily shuttle to and from village. Beds were big and comfy. The one bedroom with upper floor were super spacious. Bikes were complementary. Spa was very nice with complementary steam room, hot tub, and sauna usage. Housekeeping wasn’t desirable. First night Stepped on super sharp marble sized broken glass in the shower stall. Reported to front desk and didn’t get the feeling that they were concerned. No follow up of course. Next day came back to the room with a clogged toilet. Looked like housekeeping dumped the content of the bathroom trash can into the toilet. "

"Recently stayed here for a weekend, we were on level 2 people above us were very loud sounded like they were constantly stomping on the floor.. Pool and hot tub were ok. Had a friend come up and stay with us, I never informed the concierge of someone else joining us. I wasn’t with her when she arrived and let them know she was there to stay with us and they just gave her a key to our room. Would have been nice if they could have contacted me to confirm before just giving her a key to our room. This is a huge security issue."
