"It was a late start to the trip so we got there late and upon checking in. There was a long line because someone was making a fuss about their reservation. My check in was quick but when we got to our room, it reeked of weed! How can they get away with smoking and there were small children on that floor. I immediately called the front desk to get moved and luckily they accommodated. I never had breakfast there before, which was ok but definitely not worth the buffet price they charged. The staff were extremely nice so it made up for it. The $100 they ‘held’ I never got back bc there were charges I never knew that came with it. Overall the stay was ok"

"The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and well decorated. The staff was friendly and anticipated our needs. Chris at the front desk was great. We stayed just for a night but took advantage of the hot tub and the breakfast. It was a great place to get away to for the night."

"It’s simple, but cozy and welcoming. The heated pool is great, and they also have a jacuzzi. For the price, it’s excellent. They are also very attentive to details. I had mentioned that we were traveling to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and honestly, they made her feel so special. They gave her a birthday sash at the front desk, and when we got to the room, there were balloons, a decorated table with a happy birthday setup, and the whole room had been specially decorated for her. It was amazing. They were helpful at all times. The only small thing I would mention is that the beds were not as comfortable for me because they were a little too soft. I’m more used to firmer beds. But honestly, that was just a minor detail. The kids really enjoyed the pool, especially since it was still cold outside"

"This house is amazing! Spacious, gorgeous fully equipped kitchen, plenty of room for multiple families! The kids room is awesome and huge! Elvis is quick with communication, lays out the rules perfectly and was great about extending our stay! This house is the best price we have seen for the area, especially given its size and set up! Very clean, well stocked, comfy furnishings and beds....5 adults and 3 children had and blast and we will book again "
