Had a lovely stay at Argyle House, was comfortable and convenient. Easy to find and Bill gives you all the information you need. Close to major attractions and in a very walkable area. Room was clean and the slight gothic decor in our room was fun and on theme for the area.

From turning up to when we left we were looked after by Bill and his staff to a very high standard, The room was very clean and spacious , The breakfast was of a great standard and you could tell it was all locally sourced. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be visiting again.

Great stay

We had a very nice stay: the room was comfortable, warm, clean and as described. The service was immaculate and the staff helpful and friendly. Very child friendly too. Location was excellent too, as we could walk anywhere, but were still on a quiet street We loved it!

Great B&B in the cetre of Whitby

We really enjoyed our stay in the Argyle and would recommend this as a good place to stay in Whitby. The B&B was very clean and Billy that runs it was very helpful . It is very central to everything so you can easily walk to places in a short time .
