The Space:
The Lealholm at Brunswick Holiday Apartments has everything you could need for a coastal getaway. Cosy and welcoming, the living area includes a leather sofa, two chairs and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is shaker in style and features modern appliances like a kettle, microwave and toaster. Please note that there is no oven at The Lealholm.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a comfy double bed and the second is a twin. Both rooms boast crisp bed linens and plush bedding to ensure you have a blissful night's sleep.
Modern and spacious, the bathroom has a walk in shower, WC and basin.
Brunswick Holiday Apartments is home to three separate apartments with a maximum capacity of 13. If you are looking for a stay for a large group there are often opportunities to rent all three apartments together. Please send us an email with your preferred dates for availability and prices.

Guests have access to the full apartment. The property is accessed via a secure digital lock and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
There are a number of pay and display car parks in Whitby and we will provide a list of options prior to your arrival.
Please note that there a number of steps leading up to The Lealholm, and that the ceilings in the apartment are quite low.
The Neighborhood:
The Lealholm at Brunswick Holiday Apartments is located just off the iconic Flowergate - one of the oldest and most historic streets in Whitby. You’ll find cosy cafes, restaurants and shops lining the street, so the apartment is ideally located.
The Blue Flag West Cliff beach and promenade is just a short 5-minute walk from the property. On Pier Road, you’ll find fun arcades and plenty of fish restaurants where you can sample the catch of the day.
The other side of Whitby is full of narrow, medieval streets dotted with boutiques and pubs. Climb the famous 199 steps up to the Church of Saint Mary. You can also discover the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey, which was the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s gothic novel ‘Dracula’.
Step outside of Whitby and you’ll uncover a haven of woodland and moorland. Whitby forms part of the North York Moors National Park so it’s the perfect place for long walks.
Getting Around:
The Lealholm at Brunswick Holiday Apartments is located in the centre of Whitby so the town can easily be explored on foot.
Whitby train station is just a short 5-minute walk away so villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast can easily be reached via rail. There’s also a taxi rank in close proximity to the train station.
There are plenty of bus routes throughout Whitby. Hop on the X4 and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Staithes. The X93 travels along the coast to Scarborough. The 95 route features plenty of quaint villages, such as Grosmont and Lealholm.
